Dr Who Series 10 Launch Campaign
Team Eleven worked with the BBC to find a campaign idea for ‘Doctor Who’ after the programme experienced falling viewing figures during series 9. Due to varying factors including multiple channels and streaming platforms available to viewers, combined with savvy audiences tuning into louder and bigger content such as GoT, a new relevance needed to be created to pull in the viewers. This is when the campaign line ‘A time for heroes’ was born. Creating a new urgency and excitement around the programme, viewing figures of episode 1 overnight and 7 day viewing figures were up by 3%.
