Patient Experience Programme

A primary objective for Invisalign is to increase sales across Europe by improving the in practice experience – from the waiting room to the treatment room. To help engineer the a better patient experience, we developed a comprehensive Patient Experience (Px) Programme, all housed in a one-stop ‘Hub’:

1. eLearning website – providing practice staff with various training modules and self-assessment questions to improve their confidence and knowledge of the Invisalign System.

2. Invisalign Provider Consultation app – a customisable, step-by-step guide for Providers to demonstrate the Invisalign treatment and outcomes to patients while they are in the chair.

3. In-practice marketing ‘portal’ – customisable marketing collateral to help practices promote Invisalign.

The Hub has so far been rolled out across 12 European countries, including UK, France, Spain and Germany with potential new markets in the pipeline.
