We worked with a technology partner in California to do just that. Not just a Snapchat filter but a truly accurate visualisation based on orthodontic principles. The impact was phenomenal – 7x improvement in conversion to requesting an appointment and 2x conversion to patients starting treatment versus existing conversion tools and led to Global SmileView project.
Our scope included developing the full business case, strategy, technology partner identification, negotiations and collaboration, go to market plan and execution. Deliverables included: website updates, digital journey flow, email, social and advertising assets.
